Do you come out in the rain?
We tarp in the rain when it is safe to be on the roof. If it is not safe, we tell you so and come first thing when it is.
Will a repair be enough or do I need a new roof?
We tell you what we find and show you the photos. Many leaks are flashing or a single penetration, and we say so.
