Roof replacement, leak repair and moss work for the South Sound's older homes. The inspection is free: we go on the roof and into the attic, send you the photos, and put a written estimate in your hands within 48 hours.

Most bids are written from the driveway. Ours are written from the roof and the attic, and you see every photo we take.
Daylight, water trails and soft sheathing show from inside before they show from outside.
Attic photos are part of every inspection.Vent boots, chimneys, skylights and walls: where most leaks really start.
How deep the moss roots, and how much life the shingles have left.
How many old roofs are up there, and how the deck feels underfoot.
Drip edge, fascia and the gutters that back water up under them.
Four materials we install on South Sound houses, what each does well and what to watch for. Cost is relative, from $ to $$$$.

This is the record every customer gets. The house is a sample; the way we work is not.
Margaret calls after dinner. The front desk answers, asks two questions and books Wednesday 9:00. She gets a text with the roofer's name. The owner gets a note on his phone.
Booked by the front desk, no voicemail
Forty minutes on the roof and in the attic. Moss rooted under the north slope, a cracked vent boot above the stain, and two layers of old shingle. Thirty-one photos go to Margaret before we leave the driveway.
Photos sent from the driveway
Every line priced: tear-off of both layers, the price per sheet for any soft decking, underlayment, flashing, shingles, ridge vent, haul-away. Financing terms attached because she asked. She signs on Friday.
Price per deck sheet agreed before work starts
Two soft sheets of decking under the vent. We call Margaret from the roof, send the photo, replace them at the agreed price. New underlayment and flashing are photographed before anything covers them.
No surprises on the bill
We walk the yard with a magnet for nails, walk the roof with Margaret's phone on video, and register the warranty in her name. She gets the full record: photos, materials, warranty, invoice. A review request goes out that evening.
The record stays with the house
The front desk answers calls and chats when the crew is on a roof or asleep. It books the inspection, texts the homeowner and tells the owner. Missed a call? It texts back within a minute.
